Postal shipping conditions across Switzerland and free Click & Collect pickup in Geneva

01. Delivery Area & Postal Carrier
Geographical Coverage: Orders placed on shop.astuce.ch are shipped exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. We do not offer international shipping.

All parcels are handled exclusively by Swiss Post (La Poste Suisse), ensuring careful and reliable doorstep delivery for your board games and fine arts materials.

02. Flat-Rate Shipping & Parcel Tracking

Fixed and Clear Pricing: Delivery charges are billed at a single flat rate of CHF 9.50 per order, regardless of parcel dimensions or weight.

Tracking Information: Automated parcel tracking links are not sent by default. However, your Swiss Post tracking number can be provided upon simple request by contacting our team at info@astuce.ch.

03. Free In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

You can choose to collect your purchases free of charge at either of our two retail shops in Geneva (subject to product availability):

Preparation Time: Orders require a processing timeframe of 48 business hours. Sundays and official public holidays (Federal and Canton of Geneva) are excluded: for orders confirmed on a Sunday or holiday, the 48-hour period begins on the next business day.

Please note: You must wait for the email confirming that your parcel is ready for collection before visiting the store.

04. Parcel Inspection & Damage Claims

The recipient must inspect the condition of the package upon delivery. Any damage incurred during transport or missing products must be reported within 3 business days with supporting photographs to info@astuce.ch.
