4.1 Copyright and Site Content: All texts, registered trademarks, graphics, product photographs, and visuals on www.astuce.ch and shop.astuce.ch are the exclusive property of L’ Astuce, Yves Menu or its publishing partners. Any reproduction, whether total or partial, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

4.2 Customer Reviews: Submitted reviews must reflect genuine purchasing experiences. Customers are prohibited from publishing private contact details or third-party advertising links.

L’ Astuce strives to provide accurate descriptions for all items. Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. We cannot be held liable for minor discrepancies or packaging updates made by manufacturers.

If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and issue an immediate full refund.

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their billing and delivery information. L’ Astuce shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

The Customer agrees to maintain a valid email address in order to receive order confirmations and delivery notices.

All prices listed on shop.astuce.ch are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF), inclusive of Swiss Value Added Tax (VAT), excluding shipping contributions.

The price confirmed in the shopping cart and at the payment stage is firm and final. L’ Astuce reserves the right to modify prices at any time; confirmed orders will not be affected by subsequent price changes.

Any order placed through the online shop implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC governed by Swiss law.

The sales contract is legally concluded once the payment is authorised by the financial institution. An automated confirmation email detailing your order is sent without delay.

Orders are prepared and handed over to the carrier only after payment has been received in full.

Payment is made in full at the time of ordering via encrypted electronic payment gateways. L’ Astuce accepts common Swiss payment options:

• Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).
• Twint and PostFinance.
• Vouchers and credits issued specifically for the online shop.

Transactions are processed in accordance with modern security standards. L’ Astuce does not store any credit card or banking details on its own servers.

11.1 Shipping Costs: Delivery charges are billed at a flat rate of CHF 9.50 per order, regardless of parcel weight or volume.

11.2 Delivery Partner & Tracking: Shipments are handled exclusively by Swiss Post (La Poste Suisse). Automated tracking numbers are not sent by default; however, your parcel tracking number can be provided upon simple request to our customer service.

11.3 Free In-Store Pickup (Click & Collect): You may choose to collect your items free of charge from either of our two Geneva stores (subject to item eligibility). Order preparation requires a timeframe of 48 business hours. Sundays and official public holidays (Federal and Canton of Geneva) are not counted within this period: for orders placed on a Sunday or holiday, the 48-hour period starts on the next business day. The Customer must wait for the pickup confirmation email before visiting the store:

11.4 Transport Damages: The recipient must inspect the parcel upon arrival. Any claim regarding damaged parcels or missing items must be reported within 3 business days with photos to info@astuce.ch.

12.1 Return Period: Customers have a return period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to request a return.

12.2 Return Conditions:

• The item must be in strictly brand-new, unused condition, factory-sealed in its intact original plastic wrap.
• Non-returnable items: Sale items, special promotions, bundle deals, or opened items.
• Return postage costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

12.3 Procedure: You must obtain a return authorisation number by contacting customer service at info@astuce.ch prior to returning any item.

12.4 Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days using the original payment method.

All items sold by L’ Astuce are covered by the statutory Swiss warranty against defects and manufacturing faults.

In the event of a missing game piece or card found upon opening a new game, our team will coordinate directly with the publisher to have replacement parts sent to you as soon as possible. Please contact us with your order number at info@astuce.ch.

These terms and conditions and all contractual relations are governed exclusively by Swiss substantive law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any disputes that cannot be settled amicably shall be Geneva, Switzerland.
